During her over 29 years as an attorney, Ms. Kock has handled divorce actions, custody, support, contempt and post judgment motions. Her offices are fully equipped to handle domestic partnership terminations,same sex marriage dissolutions and custody matters. Ms. Kock regularly appears in courts in Northern California and has represented clients on legal matters located in jurisdictions as far north as Cresent City and as far south as San Diego.

Over 90% of the practice focus is now on Family Law. A new area affecting California concerns domestic partnerships. Our office is fully equipped to handle the dissolution of those relationships and is conversant in how the family code applies.
Her general practice also handles plaintiff personal injury, general civil litigation, juvenile law and felony and misdemeanor criminal law. She is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, Contra Costa County Bar Association and serves on a number bar association volunteer committees.
