Jonathan Anderson is the principal attorney and founder of Anderson & Associates, P.C. Mr. Anderson guided the growth of this family law firm from a one-attorney law practice in Schaumburg, Illinois to an eight-attorney law firm with Cook County offices in Schaumburg and Chicago, Illinois and a DuPage County office in Wheaton, Illinois. For over 25 years, Jon Anderson has achieved optimum results for his clients in divorce and other family law litigation involving issues that include family-owned businesses, pre-marital (pre-nuptial) agreements, post-marital (post-nuptial) agreements, marital property and non-marital property distribution, maintenance (alimony), custody, visitation and the removal of minor children to and from the state of Illinois.
Today Jonathan Anderson concentrates his practice in financially sophisticated divorce litigation, including divorces involving: complex business valuation, real estate valuation, and other asset valuations issues; cases that involve complex discovery and hidden asset scenarios; litigation challenging or enforcing pre-nuptial agreements or post-nuptial agreements; and custody issues.
Jonathan Anderson handles most of the drafting and litigation of the law firm's pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements and recently won a landmark appellate decision involving the validity of a post-nuptial agreement.

Robert J. Boszko practices out of the firm's Schaumburg office, where he practices in a variety of areas of law, including Family Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Tax Planning and Litigation, Real Estate Transactions, and eBusiness and Commercial Law. Mr. Boszko handles cases in Cook County and the surrounding collar counties.
Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago in 2000. In 2004, Mr. Boszko earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law. He is currently a candidate for an LLM in taxation from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law.
Mr. Boszko joined Anderson & Associates, P.C. as a law clerk in 2001 and was hired on as an associate attorney upon graduating from law school in 2004. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
Lisa M. Giese is a licensed attorney working out of the Wheaton office in DuPage County. Lisa specializes in divorce, probate and bankruptcy law in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will and surrounding collar counties. Lisa has handled a variety of cases involving contested and uncontested divorce, child support, paternity, visitation, chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy, loan modifications, creditor negotiations, estate planning and probate administration. While in law school, Lisa focused her studies in family law and earned her certificate in Child and Family Law upon graduation.
Lisa is a trained Guardian ad Litem with the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court and has been appointed by the court on numerous occasions to serve in that capacity and to make recommendations relating to removal and custody. Lisa has also served many years as a volunteer for the Court Appointed Special Advocate program, assisting in complex abuse or neglect cases within the juvenile court system. Lisa is an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association and serves as a director for the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers.
Christopher J. Maurer is a licensed Illinois attorney with ten years of experience who has focused his practice in the area of family law including divorce issues (contested and uncontested divorces, high-stakes litigation, complex financial and business divorces), adoptions and paternity cases, preparation of prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements, custody disputes, establishing visitation schedules, child support calculation and alimony / maintenance determination, grandparent rights, disputes regarding removing children from Illinois, and enforcing court orders. Chris is also trained and qualified to act as Guardian ad Litem, Child's Representative, and Attorney for the Child in the Sixteenth and Eighteenth Judicial Circuits of Illinois.
In addition to being a seasoned trial court litigator, Chris has substantial appellate litigation experience, having won several cases on appeal before the Illinois Appellate Court, one of which was sent back to the trial court, resulting in a $1.7 million verdict in favor of the Appellant upon retrial.
Chris also assists clients in developing estate plans (wills, trusts, powers of attorney for health care, powers of attorney for property) to ensure that their assets are protected during their lifetimes and after their deaths. Chris regularly utilizes estate planning tools to meet his clients' goals of avoiding probate, reducing or avoiding estate taxes, nominating guardians of children, and protecting assets from creditors. Chris also represents administrators, executors, heirs and guardians in various guardianship and probate proceedings, including complex, multi-million dollar estates.
Chris is a lifelong resident of the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He practices primarily from Anderson & Associates' Wheaton office and handles cases in DuPage County, Cook County, Kane County, and the other collar counties.
In 1994, Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Communications at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he also did work for Habitat for Humanity, the Daily Illini Newspaper, and WPGU Radio. Chris earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago's College of Law in 1997, where he was an active member of the College's International Law Program and Organization.
Dennise McCann has been an associate attorney with Anderson & Associates, P.C. since 1995, focusing her practice on Bankruptcy, Creditor Negotiations, Foreclosure, Family Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Estate Planning. Ms. McCann is based out of our firm's Schaumburg office, although most of her practice is in Dupage county, she also appears in the neighboring counties of Will, Kane & Cook.
Ms. McCann earned her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School - Chicago in 1988 and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1984.
Ms. McCann is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of both the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and the Dupage Bar Association.
Kiley M. Bonk is a licensed attorney specializing in the areas of family law, child custody, bankruptcy and creditor negotiations in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will and surrounding collar counties. While in law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Kiley earned a certificate in Child and Family Law as well as a certificate in Advocacy which aided in her success as a litigator. As an associate with Anderson & Associates, P.C., Kiley's practice has included cases involving divorce, post-decree, child support, custody, visitation, loan modifications, creditor negotiations and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
