What if I Don't Want Anything From Him?

Question of the Day:

I have ben married for 9 months and we have been separated for 2, we want to file for a divorce, but I dont want anything from him, what do i do? – Monique

Answer:

Monique: Even though you don’t want anything from him, it is still a good idea to have a Separation Agreement that says you keep your stuff and he keeps his stuff and spells everything out. It helps the judge and makes the divorce process easier.
