If Kids Don't Want to Visit Dad?

Question of the Day:

If my kids don't want to visit their dad on their visitation days is it against the law for me to let them just stay with me? – Lulu

Answer:

Lulu: If there is a court order for visitation then you would be violating the court order and could be found in contempt of court.
