Will I Have to Split Assets if I Put My Wife Through College?

Question of the Day:

Is it true that if, while married, I worked two or more jobs to put my wife thru college, i will not have to give her half of any of my assets? – Larry

Answer:

Larry: I would not agree with that statement. In a divorce, the court looks at the assets the parties have acquired during the marriage and distributes them fairly.
