Me and my husband want a divorce. We have rental properties that are currently under rent to own agreements. If he is willing to let me have them is that a issue? I have done all work to acquire and keep these properties. he has no interest in them and said i could have the hassle. – Tara

Answer:

Tara: The Court will usually approve the agreement of the parties, as long as it is in writing and signed.
