Mediation Made Easy offers you over 50 years of combined facilitation, mediation, and relationship-building experience. Our philosophy is to make the process uncomplicated, empower the parties, and to work diligently and smartly to achieve a mutually acceptable resolution. At Mediation Made Easy, we value collaboration, dignity, safety, balance, and flexibility. In the end, we want you to walk away knowing that you have been heard and that you were a significant contributor to the solution.

What is mediation?

Mediation is a collaborative and individualized process through which a neutral party helps individuals articulate interests, exchange ideas, and create a jointly acceptable resolution to a dispute. A mediator clarifies conversations, identifies issues, tests the merits of positions, and assists the individuals in moving toward common ground. The results of the mediation process are solutions that are personally relevant to you and that are more likely to survive over time.

Our core guiding principles at Mediation Made Easy are confidentiality, collaborative contribution, voluntary participation, providing a fair, safe, and balanced process, and driving for mutually acceptable agreements.

What can be mediated?

At Mediation Made Easy, our mediators are trained and have experience facilitating resolution in areas from business acquisition agreements and succession planning to landlord/tenant disagreements and child visitation settlements. Our experience is deep and the breadth is wide.
