Attorney Profile

I am a Collaborative Attorney and Mediator, with a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law (Honors), and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Golden Gate University. My goal is to bring peace and dignity to the divorce process. I chose to be involved in family law because of my deep concern for the health and well-being of families in conflict. With an extensive background in the law of contracts, property and taxation, I am able to assist you in negotiating fair, economical, and tax-wise resolutions of the property and support issues that arise in a divorce.

I am licensed to practice in all the courts of the State of California and in the United States Tax Court. I am a member of the Coalition for Collaborative Divorce, the Collaborative Family Law Professionals (Ventura), and the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association, as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. I am on the Board of Directors of the Ventura Family Law Bar Association and current president (2009) of the Coalition for Collaborative Divorce.
