Bari Z. Weinberger, Esq.
Bari Z. Weinberger was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1997 from Suffolk University Law School, and has dedicated her practice exclusively to the fields of family and matrimonial law since her graduation. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roger W. Daley, J.S.C. in the Middlesex County Family Part upon receiving her law degree.
Attorney Weinberger is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, a certification achieved by only 2% of the attorneys in New Jersey.

Ms. Weinberger is the Associate Author of New Jersey Family Law Practice, 13th Ed., 2008, a 5-volume treatise utilized by virtually every family law judge and practitioner in New Jersey. She is presently working as the Associate Author of the 14th Edition, which is scheduled for printing in 2010. She also served as copy editor on the 12th Edition, 2006, and as editor of various chapters of the 11th Edition, 2004. |
Bari is very active in her community through pro bono and volunteer service. Among other activities, she is an expert panelist at the Morris County court in the Early Settlement Panel program and is a volunteer family law consultant at local legal clinics and colleges.

Amy Kriegsman, Esq.
Amy Kriegsman is an associate with the Weinberger Law Group. She received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1991, where she was elected to the Order of the Barristers, an Executive Board Member of Moot Court. Ms. Kriegsman served as an editor on the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Ms. Kriegsman was admitted to both the New Jersey and New York bars in 1992 and continues to maintain licenses in good standing in both New York and New Jersey. She has been dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law since her graduation in 1991. She has extensive experience in handling various family and matrimonial matters including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody and child support, spousal support and equitable distribution.
Ms. Kriegsman was a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and is now a member of the Morris County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
