Divorce is tough... family divorce mediation isn't.

All separation and family divorce mediation issues resolved:

  • Child custody
  • Visitation schedules
  • Spousal support / alimony
  • Asset distribution

Once the question of the relationship is decided, the only question left is:

Do you want a judge and opposing attorneys to decide what will happen to your children and your assets? Or would you rather try to sit with a neutral party who will support you in negotiating your own acceptable settlement on these issues?

  • No retainers
  • Free consultation
  • Private and confidential
  • With or without attorneys

ADR's Supreme Court Certified Mediators will help you find the road to common ground.

About ADR

Our Center Director, Charles Geller, has 30 years of experience working with individuals and families who are going through the practical and emotional challenges of relationship and family changes. He is known for his creative and effective approaches to resolving conflict.

Charlie has made numerous presentations at local, state, and national professional conferences on understanding the process and impact of major events in the life of the family. He was recognized in Virginia as an expert in family relationships, and was featured in a television series that focused on family stress.

Charlie is a Florida Supreme Court trained and certified mediator for county and family mediation. He practices throughout Central Florida and has established working relationships with the Orange and Seminole County District Courts and programs. Charlie is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Child Custody Evaluator, Charlie understands the emotional costs of family changes to the adults as well as the children. This is one of the primary reasons he has shifted his practice to family mediation. He wants to be able to support families at this most difficult point of family change.

Charlie believes that if adults can maintain a sense of having their opinions count in the creation of a parenting plan, they will feel better about the outcome. And when parents feel like a “winner” instead of a “loser” in a divorce, this greatly impacts the emotional status of the children. Positive attitudes by parents to co-parenting help to overcome the potential negative impact of divorce on children.
