Attorney Statement: I’m 45 years old and have been married for 15 years to my one and only bride, Dina. We have two children, Emma is 10 years old and Sara is 6 years old. These three ladies bring an infinite amount of joy to my life. I enjoy watching and supporting high school football and don’t watch TV unless it is the cartoon network with my children. A few weekends out of the year I do take off and go hunting for dove, quail or pheasant dependent upon the season.

My family and I have truly been blessed in our lives and stay active in our community to help others. I am honored to be a part of this great state, therefore I wear a cowboy hat to the courthouse everyday with pride.

I am licensed in Texas and New Mexico and before the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. I was Board Certified in family Law in the year 2000. I was awarded Pro Bono attorney of the year in Collin County in 1995 for my work with the underprivileged. I have tried jury trials in family, civil and criminal matters throughout Texas but primarily focus on Collin County. I’d like to think that I specialize in solving problems for those who are at the mercy of the legal system. When asked what kind of attorney I am I usually reply that I’m a damn good one.
