ABOUT US

Founded in 2008 by Daniel W. Blake, Blake & Associates is dedicated to providing professional private investigative services to the legal and corporate communities. We are fully licensed by the state of Tennessee, State License Number 00001687.

After serving a combined 25 years in the military and law enforcement, Mr. Blake retired as Chief of Police and founded Blake & Associates. When you combine that amount of experience with the principles of honesty, integrity, and professionalism upon which the company is founded, you have a company which will quickly become a leader in the private investigations industry.

If you elect to retain the services of Blake & Associates, you can rest assured that your case will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Based upon the nature of your case, you will be provided with daily or weekly progress reports as appropriate for your particular situation. We will make every effort to insure your case progresses within a reasonable time frame and will work with your attorney to make certain that you have everything you need to build as strong a case as possible. Finally, if needed, we will testify on your behalf as to the evidence gathered and the techniques used in gathering that evidence. We utilize chain of custody protocols for evidence similar to those required by law enforcement to insure that any evidence collected meets the legal standards required for use in a trial.

DIVORCE

Infidelity, Cheating, Being Unfaithful, Having an Affair....

Whatever you want to call it, this is one of the most painful things a married couple can experience, second only to losing a child. Statistics show that in 65% of marriages at least one spouse has cheated. The effects can be devastating, particularly when there are children involved. Unless you have been involved in a marriage where your spouse has cheated, you cannot even begin to understand the pain.

Because allegations of infidelity can be the beginning of the end of your marriage, you do not want to make them lightly and you need to be certain that your suspicions are absolutely correct.  If not, you may put an end to an otherwise good marriage.

At Blake & Associates we specialize in gathering the facts and providing you with evidence of inclination and opportunity. The term “inclination” may be illustrated by observing two people holding hands, kissing, or showing some type of affection beyond casual friendship. The term “opportunity” may be illustrated by observing the subject entering a motel, hotel, apartment, house, or even a vehicle where adultery could be committed with the other person.

Once the evidence of inclination and opportunity is obtained, we will then conduct background investigations on all persons involved and provide you or your attorney with reports, still photos, video, and background information that will allow you to build a good case for court.

CHILD CUSTODY

Lets face it, nothing is more important than the safety and welfare of your children. During a child custody hearing, the courts are concerned with the best interests of the child. Unfortunately, courts don't always have the full picture when they make decisions concerning custody and visitation. We can help provide you and your attorney with information as to what is really going on in the other household. Are your children being left at home alone? Are they riding around in a car at 2:00 a.m. while the person in charge of them is drinking or doing drugs? Is there a third party sleeping over in the home where the children are? Are they being exposed to inappropriate behaviors? All of these questions are concerns which should be answered and presented to the court before it makes decisions concerning your children.

Our investigations are fully documented and presented in a professional investigative report documenting any child neglect, child abuse, child endangerment, or unsafe living conditions. We will also provide expert testimony for you in court if needed.

Why take the chance of going to court without all of the facts? Call us today at (423) 802-4529 for your free confidential consultation.
