We practice regularly in Cuyahoga County, Lorain County, and Medina County, though our practice takes us to Geauga County, Lake County, Portage County and Summit County on occasion as well.
Though we provide representation in many areas of law, a large majority of our focus is in the area of domestic relations. We have four attorneys who practice in the area of domestic relations (one as a mediator) for a combined 83 years of domestic relations/family law experience.

- Domestic Relations Division
- Dissolution of Marriage
- Legal Separation
- Divorce

The goal of David D. Briller Co., L.P.A. is to provide quality legal representation to each and every client. Each of our clients is an individual treated with respect by our attorneys and support staff. Proper representation requires also the respect of each and every client for our attorneys and support staff. Together the attorney, client, and staff make a team to provide the best outcome for the client.
All domestic relations cases are charged on an hourly basis. A client pays a retainer at the beginning of the representation. The hourly charges are placed against the retainer. After the retainer expires, the bill is due in full on the tenth of each month. Clients receive a statement on a monthly basis detailing the work that has been performed on his or her behalf. A retainer contract/fee agreement detailing these arrangements is entered into with each client at the beginning of the representation.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We have extended hours and are available by appointment on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. We may be reached at the above telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.
We offer an initial consultation with an attorney to discuss your domestic relations issue for $50.00.
