Don’s primary source of referrals is divorce attorneys; however, he has often found that once a client has reached the point of meeting with an attorney, irreparable damage has already been done to his or her credit, making it nearly impossible to qualify for future financing.
The objective of Don’s practice is to provide his clients with the proper information and tools to exit their divorce fiscally intact, thus helping them move forward with their lives. Providing mortgage financing alternatives is simply a by-product of the advice he provides and is often utilized well after the divorce is completed.
Don has been originating loans in California since 1989 and his expert services are used by some of Los Angeles’ top attorneys, business managers, financial planners, CPA’s, and realtors. He is a member of the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association and the California Association of Mortgage Brokers.
