Fees

CFR recognizes that couples divorcing are understandably concerned about the cost of divorce-related services. We have created package rates for divorce mediation – most cases can be completely resolved without additional mediation hours or other costs. The rates listed below are inclusive of services as listed, and are per case rates. The written Memorandum of Understanding contains all the details to complete the legal paperwork to complete the divorce.

Divorce (No Children) – $1400

• 7 hours of Mediation

Purchase of a single mediation package should be sufficient to resolve all issues related to a divorce or parenting issue. However, in the event that additional mediation hours are needed, they can be purchased at a discounted rate.
