About Us
The Rancho Family Law Center was established to serve the legal needs of the community in South and Central Orange County, as well as the surrounding counties of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego. The Law Center was started by Attorney Gary J. Beeler, a family law attorney with over 15 years of experience handling complicated divorce issues.
Mr. Beeler graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1992. He passed the Bar Exam on his first sitting. He started his practice in 1992, and since 1996 has worked on nothing but family law-related matters. He is familiar with the court systems and judges and can help you navigate the difficult world of divorce law.
Major cases where Mr. Beeler was involved include contested child custody matters, overturning an Evidence Code Sec.730 Evaluation, extensive and difficult property divisions including residences and businesses, spousal support in marriages lasting from 3 months to 25 years, child support reductions and increases, interstate custody battles, pension division and enforcement, domestic violence restraining orders, paternity issues, parental substance abuse cases, move-away cases where one parent wants to leave Orange County with minor children but the noncustodial parent objects, proving child molestation charges in the family law court, and keeping abusers away from children. The list goes on and on. If you have a difficult case, Mr. Beeler can help.
We are here to meet the needs of the community and thus we offer evening appointments, weekend appointments, telephone consultations, email consultations, and complimentary first-time office consultations.
Additionally, we handle all types of family law-related matters, such as creating a living trust or helping you to start your own small business.
