Areas of Practice:
Throughout his 30 years in the practice of law, Mr. Borger has concentrated in family law, gaining substantial experience in handling complex divorces involving alimony claims, child custody and parenting issues, child support, relocation applications to the court for a parent to move out of state with children, property and debt distribution, and applications to the court for protection from domestic violence and abuse. Mr. Borger also has substantial experience in preparing and negotiating pre-marital and cohabitation agreements.
Having been trained at the Harvard Law School in mediation, Mr. Borger offers the client the option of mediating rather than litigating family law disputes between spouses, domestic partners or significant others.
Over the years Mr. Borger also has settled and tried injury claims resulting from motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls and continues to represent individuals with bodily injury claims.

1976 graduate from Temple Law School
1972 Bachelors or Arts (B.A.) in psychology from Rutgers University before Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Temple Law School (now the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University)

Professional History:
Upon graduating from law school, clerked for the Honorable Paul A. Lowengrub, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey (now deceased), then sitting in the Matrimonial Division of the Court in Camden County. Since 1977 has been in private practice concentrating in two areas of law, namely, family law and plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
