OUR PRACTICE
We handle various family law matters, including divorce and dissolution of marriage, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, modification of prior orders or judgments regarding custody, visitation or support, and negotiating and drafting marital settlement agreements. Because we work with individuals often at the most traumatic point of their lives, our family law practice not only involves tremendous legal knowledge and experience in this area, but the ability to communicate, understand, and work with our clients. We counsel our clients on the most up-to-date laws affecting their issues, and we are also patient, supportive, creative, and thorough in our handling of their case. Our clients are involved from the beginning of their case in developing a comprehensive case plan tailored to the specific and diverse needs of each client. Our proactive approach working in partnership with our clients is effective in containing and reducing the client’s financial and emotional burdens during the complex and often emotional process of family law proceedings.
OUR COMMITMENT
- We will be time efficient and cost efficient.
- Your calls will be returned, your questions will be answered, and your time and money will be respected.
- We will support your important interests and those of your children, if you have children, through these most trying of times.
- You will be more than a number, and throughout the proceedings your wishes will not be forgotten.
- We will do everything we can to help you achieve your goals. We can’t guarantee outcomes, and any lawyer who does is misleading you.
- We care. We will treat you like family!
