Heidi D. Hagen grew up in Okemos, Michigan and attended Okemos High School. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Her law office is located in Muskegon on Michigan’s western shore and serves the counties of Muskegon, Oceana, Ottawa, Kent, Newaygo, and Allegan.

Ms. Hagen’s practice focuses on customer service by putting her client first in the following areas of family law and estate planning:

• All aspects of divorce: property settlement, spousal support, custody, child support, parenting time, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Adoption and paternity
• Guardianships and conservatorships
• Personal protection orders
• All aspects of estate planning: wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical directives
• All aspects of estate administration

Ms. Hagen is an adjunct instructor at one of Muskegon’s local colleges and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Muskegon County Bar Association, and Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce. She also participates on the committee of the MCBA Law Education Fund and the Paralegal Advisory Board for Baker College.

In her spare time, Ms. Hagen spends time with her husband and two dogs – Chloe and Lucy. She enjoys Lake Michigan, traveling, camping, and gardening.
