Divorces. With the least amount of stress and anger, YOU can control an otherwise nightmarish experience.
We can help you with the necessary forms at a reasonable price in a stress-free environment. If you are just starting your divorce, legal separation, or annulment, or need child or spousal support modifications or help in finishing up a divorce - plus other issues that may develop - we can assist you.
Think of a divorce as a beginning instead of an ending to your life.
Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements. Supervised by an attorney, we can prepare a prenuptial agreement (sometimes called an antenuptial agreement) or a postnuptial agreement for you and/or your spouse.
These agreements often avoid tremendous trouble down the road.
Guardianships. Guardianship is the procedure by which a person or persons, other than the natural parents, petition the court to be appointed legal guardian of a minor. We can assist with the filing of the necessary forms for either an appointment of a guardian, temporary guardianship, or a termination of a guardianship.
Paternity. A court suit filed to have a man declared the father of a child is called a paternity action. These actions are usually filed when there is a dispute over the legally-recognized father of the child for purposes of child support.
Name Changes. Changing your name can be done easily without filing forms in court; however, some people and institutions may be reluctant to accept your new name without a court order.
Providing the proper documentation from court will make it easier to handle people and institutions who refuse to accept your new name.
Step-Parent Adoptions. An adoption creates a legal parent-child relationship between the adopting parent and the stepchild. Once adopted, the law treats your stepchild as your natural child. You become legally responsible for the care, education, and support of the child until he is an adult.
We can help with all the necessary paperwork and court filings to complete an adoption for you.
Living Trusts and Wills – Attorney-supervised. Whether or not you have considerable assets, it is important to have something in writing that states your wishes after your death. Without a living trust, the State of California will distribute your assets for you, often to the detriment of your family. A will alone does not avoid probate, nor does it do anything to avoid estate taxes.
Our living trust package includes a Family Trust, Will, General Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive (Health Care Power of Attorney), and transfers of deeds into the trust, all stored in a beautiful lifetime binder at a reasonable cost.

Although it is far superior to prepare all of your estate plan documents at once, we can also prepare any single document for you: i.e., if you need a health care directive or a single deed. We don't have to prepare the entire package.
Corporations and LLC’s. We can assist in setting up corporations for you in most states.
Many clients prefer Nevada corporations because the State of Nevada does not have a corporate income tax on corporations which do not do business in the Nevada, nor do they share information on your corporation with the IRS.
Similarly, we can set up your LLC so that it is authorized to do business in California.
Notary Services. You won't have to search for a notary if your divorce requires a Marital Settlement Agreement or any other legal document that requires notary services. Just one more way to make your experience as stress-free as possible.
