I first encountered collaborative law when Pauline Tesler spoke at a luncheon of the local Family Law Bar. I was still in law school, but working in family law. I knew that this was a better way. Collaborative law is a powerful way for people to take control of their own lives and fashion an outcome that works for the entire family.
