Judith A. Homko was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 1989. Upon graduation form law school, she clerked for Magistrate William C. Turnoff in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She began practicing law in 1991, concentrating in the areas of civil appeals and labor and employment discrimination.
Beginning in 1993, until 1997, Ms. Homko represented the Florida Department of Revenue in cases regarding all aspects of paternity and child support litigation. She handled both intrastate and interstate cases.
Since 1997, Ms. Homko’s primary areas of practice have been marital and family law, family law appeals, and general civil litigation. She has received an attorney rating of excellent by Martindale-Hubbell.
