Kenneth R. Goldberg, Attorney at Law 

Mr. Goldberg earned an undergraduate degree in 1987 from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and a law degree in 1992 from Capital University Law School.

Mr. Goldberg was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992 and to the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio in 1993. He also became licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland in 1994.

A member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations, Mr. Goldberg is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association’s Family Law and Business Tax Committees and a participant in the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association. He is an experienced litigator whose practice areas include family relations law, business law, business and general civil litigation, and insolvency advice.

He is an active member of the Dublin AM Rotary, Dublin Chamber of Commerce, and serves other civic organizations. He is a member of Temple Beth Shalom and the Jewish Business Network. Originally from Rockville, Maryland, Mr. Goldberg and his family have resided in Dublin, Ohio since 1993.

Today, Mr. Goldberg is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Family Law Specialist and continues to have significant experience in divorce, custody, and child support litigation in Central Ohio. To become a Certified Family Law Specialist, Mr. Goldberg was required to:

  • Demonstrate substantial and continuing involvement in family law;
  • Submit five individual references from judges, magistrates and other attorneys attesting to his competency in family law;
  • Earn a minimum of 36 hours of intermediate or advanced continuing legal education credits in family law during the three years prior to application; and
  • Pass a comprehensive written examination encompassing all areas of family law.
