Employment

Owner and managing attorney of de Beer & Associates, P.A. Since 1993, the practice has been limited exclusively to family law and collateral services for the family, such as wills and juvenile law. The firm includes four full-time attorneys, Louise C. Rogness, Esq., Michele K. Schorbahn, Esq., Jennifer J. Roben, Esq., and Michelle M. Kniess, Esq. The firm also employs one “of counsel” associate attorney and a paralegal. Services provided include trial representation, as well as collaborative representation, mediation, and stipulated settlements. Cases are primarily dissolution cases, but include all family law cases, including third party custody and post-decree matters.

Member of the Hennepin County Juvenile Court Attorney Panel, representing Guardians Ad Litem in Juvenile Court since 1997.
