Linda Lucatorto, M.Ed. in Human Services and Counseling and Certified Professional Coach (CPC), is an educator, group facilitator and public speaker committed to educating and supporting people through divorce transitions.
Linda helps her clients set realistic expectations for the divorce process, educates them about their options, assists them in prioritizing their tasks and teaches them to communicate more effectively in order to achieve their goals. She will also offer referrals and other resources.
Linda is a trained Divorce/Family Mediator and a “Fellow” of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois (www.collablawil.org). She recently completed a three year term on the Board of Directors for that organization. Linda is Past President of L.E.A.V.E.S. (www.illinoisdivorceresources.com)L.E.A.V.E.S.(Legal, Emotional and Various Economic Services)is a not for profit organization offering divorce resources and education for men and women.
Linda is co-founder of The Oasis Experience Inc. (www.oasisexperience.com) The Oasis Experience,Inc® was co-founded in 1999 and provides seminars and empowerment groups for women experiencing divorce transitions. In 1999, she was chosen as one of “100 Women Making a Difference” by Today’s Chicago Woman. Linda is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; The American Counseling Association; The Illinois Counseling Association; The American Association of University Women and the Engaging Speakers Network.
Linda was divorced after a 23 year marriage and is the mother of two adult children. Although her credentials speak of her skills and achievements, her life experiences with divorce afforded her the most valuable credential....which help her to connect to her clients.

Just hearing the word divorce may evoke many thoughts and feelings such as: trouble; fighting; court; economic strain; upheaval and injustice. The list can go on and on. Some divorce cases proceed smoothly without contention and animosity; however, other cases can become very hostile with numerous disputes and discord.
