My practice is focused on family law, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, property settlements and premarital agreements, and adoption. My clients need cost-effective strategies to achieve their goals. Therefore, I encourage practical solutions while aggressively advocating for my clients. In addition to litigating on my clients’ behalf, I offer collaborative law as an option.
I handle all issues relating to divorce and separation, including property settlements, equitable distribution, debt distribution, pension and retirement benefits, custody, visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support, domestic violence, enforcement of awards and settlements, contempt proceedings, alimony modification, custody modification, and relocation issues.
Family law clients often need other legal services as well. For example, divorce clients need new wills, or a parent may need help in obtaining educational accommodations for a special needs child. We are a full-service law firm offering almost 80 combined years of legal expertise to meet our clients’ needs: family law, special education, employment, estate planning, and business formation.
