Protecting Your Assets and Enforcing Your Custody Rights

Whether you are going through a divorce or trying to resolve a conflict involving children, the attorney you choose will play a significant role in the outcome of your case. You want an attorney dedicated to protecting your financial and parental rights. You will benefit from the advice of an experienced lawyer who designs effective strategies which help you make unemotional decisions.

Life after divorce is defined by the agreements made during litigation, and ultimately, the court’s final order. Getting divorced is a painful and emotional experience. When first confronted with divorce, the legal issues and terms may seem confusing to you. We understand that in order to make the right choices, you must be fully informed about the nature and extent of your assets and all legal issues relevant to your case. We will make sure all assets are tracked down and evaluated and will inform the court of all issues relevant to the safety and well-being of your children.

Don’t expect your spouse or his/her lawyer to be fair during litigation. The personality of the opposing party and opposing lawyer play an important role in determining an effective legal strategy. Michael Avioli is not intimidated by other lawyers. Be assured that Michael Avioli will counter any opposition and will zealously advocate your chosen strategy.
