Michael D. Bolinske
Michael Bolinske is a partner at Bolinske & Bolinske, PLLC and practices in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law in the State of Minnesota.
Through working with family law clients regarding adoption, paternity, child custody and visitation, child support and dissolution, Mr. Bolinske insures a fair resolution. Resolution is first attempted through structured family law settlements. In those instances where settlement is not an option Mr. Bolinske is not afraid to go to court to vigorously represent his clients.
Prior to defending individual accused of crimes, Mr. Bolinske prosecuted cases on behalf of the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office. With experience on both sides of the isle, Mr. Bolinske will bring experience and a strong desire to work hard for clients to ensure that justice is done. Mr. Bolinske has experience with drug cases, drunk driving defense, assaults, white collar crimes, homicide, traffic offenses, amongst others. His practice is through out the State of Minnesota including, Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Carver and Scott counties.
Mr. Bolinske received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota. Michael wrote for the University of North Dakota Law Review serving as an assistant editor. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from the University of North Dakota. Mr. Bolinske is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Family Law Section, Hennepin County Bar Criminal Law Section.

Chad J. Bolinske
Chad Bolinske is a partner in the law firm of Bolinske & Bolinske, PLLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of bankruptcy, business and corporate law, debtor/creditor law, civil, and commercial litigation. Chad recognizes the importance of customer service whether helping an existing business client or an individual filing a Chapter 7, 11 or 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Bolinske has experience representing people facing financial difficulties and gives counsel regarding their options under the Bankruptcy code.
Chad counsels clients on all areas of business including entity selection, entity formation, business sales, business acquisitions. Mr. Bolinske is aware of the challenges facing existing business owners and those looking to start a small business and offers advice and solutions to problems in a timely manner. During his practice Bolinske has represented some of the largest corporations in the United States including Citibank, HSBC, MBNA, and Target. His experience also includes two years working for the United States Attorney handling criminal and civil litigation.
He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota graduating with honors. He is licensed to practice law before all state and federal courts in Minnesota. He is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, and a member of the Bankruptcy Section.
