Mindy L. Hitchcock is the managing principal of LADY4JUSTICE PLLC. LADY4JUSTICE PLLC is committed to giving clients lasting results that work, with the least cost and emotional stress.
Mindy L. Hitchcock is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wayne State University Law School, licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida, in both state and federal courts. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. Her background training as a holistic lawyer and in collaborative practice enables her to help clients take a peaceful, proactive approach to the dissolution of their marriage. Her 19 years of practicing “traditional law” gives her the nuts-and-bolts experience you need to ensure that your rights will be protected. Mindy says “There is a pit bull in every lawyer. We just keep ours chained out back unless needed.”
Mindy belongs to the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Collaborative Law Institute of Michigan, and is on the Board of Directors of the IAHL (International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers), currently serving as its Vice President. Enjoying a variety of interests, she is a black belt in karate, a devoted student of spiritual wisdom, a yoga practitioner, an enthusiastic public speaker and a columnist ("The Holistic Lawyer") for a local newspaper.
Mindy has a passion for helping clients move powerfully through the divorce process that stems from her own life experiences.
