Philosophy
Attorney Barbour offers a no-nonsense, reasonable, and rational approach to identifying legal issues and developing cost-effective, sound solutions, based on your specific goals and what the law will support. Once these two factors are ascertained, she presents you with your options, and you make the final call as to how to proceed. She has found that this approach empowers you, the client, to take charge of the situation, and insures that you know the potential legal outcome of the issues presented.
