Solutions For Your Family Without Going To Court
When a marriage ends, life doesn’t have to. The trouble most couples run into is dealing with the process of getting that new life.
NLP Mediation utilizes a different process that builds on future possibilities while taking care of today’s issues. The goal is to get you through this change in life, allowing you to leave behind that which truly needs to stay in the past. This process also acknowledges the future that may include co-parenting and new relationships in blended families of the future.
Mediation is a confidential private format in which a neutral third party – the mediator – assists the couple in sorting out their affairs and coming to a mutual agreement about the dissolution of a marriage. Mediation is a solid option even for those that are having trouble with communication. It is cost-effective and avoids the legal war of going to court or litigating the aspects of a divorce.
The choice has been made to move on. Now you can make that choice one of growth. Take some time and let’s talk about the difference NLP Mediation offers.
Divorce Mediation
Armand D’Alo is one of the founding partners of NLP Mediation. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™). He holds a degree in finance and family counseling from Brigham Young University, and has studied mediation at Pepperdine University and with the National Conflict Resolution Center.
Robbin D’Alo is one of the founding partners of NLP Mediation. She is a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™). She holds a degree in business from the University of Phoenix. Robbin has also studied mediation at Pepperdine University and with the National Conflict Resolution Center.
Both Armand and Robbin have over twenty years of practice experience. In the area of mediation, they blend the skills of mediators with the power of eight years of training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. They assist clients in finding resourceful positions from which to effectively reach resolution of their divorce issues. Both Armand and Robbin are trained in collaborative practice, working effectively with legal advisors and family support specialists.
As mediators, Armand and Robbin offer the additional perspective of a financial professional to assist clients in crafting agreements that can work for all those involved. This results in more effective solutions that stand the test of implementation, while avoiding costly mistakes along the way.
Armand and Robbin are the parents of four children and have been in practice since 1985. Both volunteer in the community with local schools and work to help those struggling in conflict to reach peaceful solutions. It was once said that peace is not the absence of conflict – rather, it is the ability to manage conflict respectfully, efficiently, and effectively. This is the aim of their work as mediators.
