As a former Brevard County Judge, Mr. Fougerousse brings a unique level of experience to cases where he is representing clients. As a private attorney with many years of experience in handling family/divorce matters, Mr. Fougerousse is able to provide the requisite knowledge of the law.
Former Judge Fougerousse has been practicing law in Brevard County for more than 22 years. Prior to being elected Judge he had a law practice in the South Beach area for well over a decade.
Following his service to Brevard County on the bench, Mr. Fougerousse has maintained a Family, Civil and Appellate Mediation Practice while also litigating in the areas of Family/Divorce law and Contract/Real Estate Law.
Mr. Fougerousse is licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Alabama and Indiana. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family and Circuit Civil Mediator. He is also approved to mediate appellate cases before the Fifth District Court of Appeals.
