Pete Lineberger has over thirty years of experience in all areas of the civil law. In the past fifteen years, he has placed special emphasis on the field of family law, including support, custody, property division and valuation of complex property holdings. Other areas of this field may encompass modifications of support or custody, complex interstate or international jurisdictional issues, or contested adoption proceedings.
Pete has taken leadership roles in his bar associations in Washington and Montana. His involvement in pro bono work and promotion is a reflection of his dedication to the principles of equal access to justice for all, and competent representation for all.
