Divorce doesn't have to tear the family apart.

For too many couples, divorce is war. An angry, destructive battle that leaves the family devastated--emotionally and financially.

There is a better way. A way to resculpt your lives... and restructure and reinvent the family. A way for two adults who are no longer married to remain good parents to their children. A way to divide what needs to be divided without a winner or a loser.

It's called mediation. It's the pro-family approach to divorce. For parents who know the children's interests must come first. For couples who would rather divide what they have with each other than with their lawyers.

To find out if mediation is for you, please call or e-mail us. All calls are confidential.

About Us

Pamela J. Pollack, Esq.

An attorney for twenty years, Pamela developed her mediation and negotiation skills handling workplace disputes. Interested in the many issues involved in divorce and the personal rewards of helping couples move from sadness and anger to optimism, Pamela switched her emphasis to divorce and family mediation. She is active in the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation and the Family Section of the Association for Conflict resolution. Pamela also volunteers for Custody and Visitation cases with Community Mediation Services.

Ada L. Hasloecher

After a successful commercial real estate career, Ada decided to turn her extensive negotiating skills to conflict resolution, divorce and family mediation. Known among family, friends and colleagues as a natural "bridge builder" she trained at the Center for Family and Divorce Mediation in New York City where her formal education honed her natural abilities.

Ada believes that conflict, rather than the trauma most people hold it to be, can be a tremendous opportunity for growth and transformation. "My most fervent commitment is to help people move through this process and emerge with new possibilities in their relationships."
