Divorce is always a complicated process for all parties involved; it is emotionally and physically draining. This may be the first time that one of the parties has had to deal with the financial aspects of their relationship. Also, you may for the first time have to prepare a budget and a personal financial statement which will include all assets, cash accounts, retirement plans, and investment accounts. Many times one spouse owns a business that will need to be valued to properly allocate the marital portion to the non-owning spouse. Surrounding yourself with the appropriate people who are extremely experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of this process is the best way to secure your future and the future of your loved ones. Rich Craig and the 415 Group have the experience needed to play a key role to support yourself and your attorney during litigation.
The 415 Group is an Ohio-based regional accounting firm that has over 35 accountants, 5 Microsoft Certified associates, and a dedicated 5 person forensic accounting division dedicated to civil, divorce, and shareholder dispute litigation.
