Family Law and Divorce

Our goal is to help families and individuals solve their legal issues through compassionate, aggressive, and efficient representation. We have drafted, interpreted and litigated separation agreements and pre-marital agreements and have settled many divorce actions with post-marital agreements. Our attorneys provide insight into the machinations of litigation and try to minimize the impact of the emotional upheaval in dissolving a marriage.

Our representation covers the spectrum from the most complex and detailed cases to relatively simple uncontested matters. We routinely represent parties in matters requiring the valuation and division of business interests, real estate, stock options, and other types of assets. Due to the nature of many of these cases, we work closely with accountants, valuation experts, and financial planners to ensure that our clients' overall needs are met.

We represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate courts by filing the necessary pleadings to admit a decedent's will to probate, preparing all documents and filings required. We take special care during these difficult times to represent families with caring and compassionate counsel, guidance and direction.
