Providing a full service divorce source for separating and divorcing families
Our staff consists of attorneys and trained divorce mediators who meet with the couple to determine their needs and the best interests of the children. Together we reach an agreement which is mutually acceptable and advantageous to both parties.
The process is done in an informal setting and allows the couple to make their own decisions about their future. We are committed to provide professional, as well as supportive services to our clients. If the need arises, we refer our clients to marital therapists, attorneys, accountants, and financial planners.
We offer a free one-half hour consultation to interested clients to discuss the process and answer any questions they may have. Our commitment to our customers has made us who we are today.

Robyn D. Weisman earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology and her law degree from Albany Law School at Union University. She is an experienced divorce mediator and director of Divorce Mediation & Family Services, Inc. Ms. Weisman is an appointed Consultant Mediator for the Nassau County Family Court, handling custody and visitation cases, support cases, and permanency placement cases. Robyn has also handled numerous litigated divorce cases and actively handles uncontested divorces.
Robyn is also an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a Master Arbitrator with the New York State Insurance Department.
She is the author of "Keeping a Healthy Family Following Divorce."
