Michael Chetkof was admitted to practice in 1964 and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Matrimonial Bar Association of Suffolk County, the Matrimonial Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Matrimonial Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. He has served as a Matrimonial Arbitrator in the Supreme Court, Nassau County as part of the Early Neutral Evaluation Program.
Mr. Chetkof is also a Barrister of the New York Family Law American Inn of Court and serves as an Arbitrator for the Office of Court Administration’s Matrimonial Fee Dispute Panel.
Lee Rosenberg has been practicing law for 20 years. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is a Barrister of the New York Family Law American Inn of Court and a member of the Executive Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Committee. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and serves as an Arbitrator for the Office of Court Administration’s Matrimonial Fee Dispute Panel.
Mr. Rosenberg has lectured on complex matrimonial and ethics matters and is a frequently published author, with articles on various topics in matrimonial law having appeared in the New York Law Journal, Family Law Review, the New York State Bar Association Journal, Nassau Lawyer and New York Family Law Monthly. He is also a member of the Board of Editors of the New York Family Law Monthly and is the Assistant Editor of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Review. He has been General Editor of New York Consolidated Laws Service Family/Matrimonial Practice Insights (LexisNexis), authoring many of the Practice Insights, as well as having authored the Filing and Drafting Tips for New York Family Law Forms (LexisNexis).
