Sid Hughes, Attorney at Law

I represent a broad range of domestic relations and family law clients within 75 miles of Birmingham, Alabama. This includes all areas surrounding Jefferson County. I work in the Family Courts as well as the Domestic Relations Courts in each of the counties in Central Alabama. I normally work 12 hours a day, six days a week, so I am available for early morning and late afternoon appointments, as well as Saturday appointments.

I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel with service in Vietnam and Korea. I work extensively with military divorces and handle many divorces for those who are deployed overseas. I represent men and women involved in family law issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, and modifications of court orders.

I also represent veterans in pursuit of benefits before the Veteran’s Administration and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
