Kuhner | Thomas, P.C. – Serious Divorce Lawyers in Dallas, Texas
Not every marriage ends happily ever after. If your marriage has become insupportable due to discord, conflict, or irreconcilable differences between you and your spouse, you may be considering divorce as an option. If you find yourself the victim of neglect, physical or emotional abuse, substance abuse, financial negligence, or adultery, you may have decided that you want out of your marriage. Although marriage is an honored institution, sometimes people do need to consider divorce as a way to get back on track and get a fresh start with their lives.
Experienced Matrimonial Attorneys
If you are considering divorcing your spouse, or if you have been served with a divorce petition, you need an experienced divorce lawyer to guide you through the process. If you and your spouse have acquired property, monetary assets or debts, or if you or your spouse owned property or debts prior to entering into the marriage, you need an attorney who will make sure that you walk away with the fair and equitable division of assets to which you are entitled. If you and your spouse have children, you need an attorney who will help you work out a possession and visitation schedule that will allow you to continue to be involved in your child’s education, growth, and development, and who will ensure that you receive the proper amount of child support. If you believe unsupervised visitation with your spouse puts your child at risk of abuse or neglect, you need an attorney who will aggressively fight for the best interests of your child.
Fair and Fast Resolution
If you and your spouse are at odds with one another, you want the guidance and counsel of an experienced family lawyer who can bring everybody to the table and get your differences worked out, so that you and your spouse can part ways quickly and cleanly. If an agreement cannot be worked out, or if your spouse insists on being unreasonable, you can take comfort in knowing that you have a skilled matrimonial lawyer who will aggressively represent you in court, present your case in the best possible light, and fight to get you the resolution that you deserve.
