The Law Office of Walter A. Herbert, Jr., has provided quality legal services to families and individuals since 1987. Our primary area of practice is Family Law, which includes:

Mr. Herbert has written and lectured on the revisions to Maryland's Domestic Violence law which became effective in October 1998. Mr. Herbert has been certified by the Prince Georges County Circuit Court to act as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing children before that Court in Court-appointed cases.
