Our standard practice is to offer consultation for a nominal fee. A consultation typically lasts as long as the client needs to explain the situation that he or she may need legal representation for. Should you elect to retain us after consultation, the consultation fee is applied to your final billing.
We feel that communication between client and attorney is vital to legal representation. To that end, the Law Offices of Stephen Wight and James Roche never charge for phone calls from you to us or from us to you.
