Question:

I have sole custody of my 3 year old son but my ex-husband has regular visitation with him. I am very concerned as to certain negative influences in my sons life when with his father. There is a possibility of narcotics and illegal activity which I fear my son is experiencing on each of his permitted visitations with his father. My ex-husband has a drug history in his past. What would I need to do to get visitation rights for my ex-husband revoked? -- Michelle

Answer:

Michelle:  The court can modify visitation if you show there has been a change in circumstances since the last order and that the change would be in the best interest of the child.
