I'm newly married, my husband just got laid off, he has a court order child support, does not see his kids, ex wife has issues with me, etc, anyhow, my question is, can my income be considered towards his new income rate for child support payments? What if he can not find a job with in a year, can I be the one to be forced to pay his child support? – Patti
