Attorney, David M. Waldrop is a founding member of Holley, Waldrop, Nearn & Lazarov, P.C., located in Memphis, Tennessee. He is engaged in a civil trial practice with emphasis in the areas of litigation, family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, alimony, paternity, pre-nuptial, and domestic violence actions. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee in 1988. Prior to law school, he served as a fire fighter for the City of Germantown. David is active in his community and serves as the Chairman of the Planning Commission for the Town of Collierville and as an elder at Germantown Presbyterian Church.
David's philosophy is a successful attorney/client relationship is built on trust. He understands that effective legal representation can only be accomplished through a high degree of professionalism and hard work.
