2. Cruelty.
3. Adultery.
4. Conviction of a felony.
5. Abandonment, if (1) the abandoning spouse left the complaining spouse with the intention of abandonment; and (2) remained away for at least one year.
6. Living apart for at least three years.
7. Confinement in a mental hospital for at least three years because of a mental disorder that is unlikely to be cured (adjusted) or a relapse is probable.
