Kristine Calalang

Kristine L. Calalang is a family law attorney who started her own practice after working at a boutique family law firm for several years. Her main office is in Philadelphia, but she often practices in the surrounding counties.

Ms. Calalang obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey (completing a double major in Biology and Psychology with a minor in Chemistry) and her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law (VLS).

Ms. Calalang is active in the Philadelphia Bar Association, serving as the Chair of the Family Law Section (FLS) Diversity Committee and a Co-Chair of the FLS Custody Committee. Ms. Calalang has been on the Villanova Minority Alumni Society Leadership Board and the Young Lawyer Editorial Board. She is also a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Calalang has given numerous presentations through her involvement with the Philadelphia Bar Association, APABA-PA, and VLS. In addition, Ms. Calalang was named a Rising Star in Super Lawyer: Rising Stars Editions 2010 and 2011. She was also named as a Lawyer on the Fast Track for 2008 by The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly and has been placed on the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania's Pro Bono Rolls of Honor for exemplary pro bono work each year from 2006 to 2010.
